Smooth-20X is a post-processing polishing equipment for PBF polymers 3D printing, developed by Repoly team. Dedicate to cope with the pain points and challenges in current use of post-processing equipment.

 By using the RP ATVS (ambient temperature vapor smoothing) technology, effectively avoiding issues including uneven treatment, deformation and deterioration in parts performance. After smoothing, the surface roughness Ra can achieve 2.0 or lower, along with significant improvements in physical and mechanical properties.

        Meanwhile, vacuum flash evaporation tech is employed by Repoly, enabling the steam to rapidly and uniformly spread throughout the processing chamber. This can ensure the inner and outer walls of the pipeline, as well as the entire lattice structure,  will be uniformly treated.
